post sugar-binge depression

I don’t think I’ve written much of a personal post in a while so here goes. 

I am surrounded by the smell of old Christmas candles, Pink Martini fills my ears, and my dad’s snuggly sweater is on my shoulders. I feel really great right now. Peaceful. Thank you yoga.

I have a lot going on this week and my break ends this Thursday, so I’m trying to pull many things together last minute. On top of that, I have had waaaaay too much sugar today and am in a post sugar-binge depression (PSBD). 

I did some yoga, though, and my limbs slowly stretched out and my muscles warmed and now I feel like myself again. Thank you yoga.
